Jemima Oluwafunmilola Adelekan, known professionally as Jemima Adelekan or FlyGirlJems, is a versatile Nigerian actress, broadcaster, filmmaker, content creator, host, and model. Hailing from Awe in Oyo State, she discovered her passion for performing through church dramas before pursuing a degree in Health Promotion at the University of Ilorin, graduating in 2016. Her media journey began early—in 2010 she hosted red carpet events and worked as a radio presenter during and after university, earning a reputation as “Media Cupid” on Jamz 100.1 FM in Ibadan. Since then, Jemima has built an impressive acting portfolio: she’s appeared in Dangerous Silence (winning Best Actress at the Crown Point International Film Festival). In addition to film and series roles, she hosts TV and radio shows, models, and curates events—running Lala Ushering Agency.
