The story
Kate (Funke Akindele) is a career-driven woman married to entrepreneur Mike (Joseph Benjamin). When Mike is diagnosed with lung cancer and must travel to India for surgery, Kate is faced with a painful dilemma, stand by her husband during his most vulnerable moment, or remain committed to her company, which is on the verge of landing a major contract with a top telecommunications firm. The film, inspired by a book of the same name by Pastor Femi Faseru of KICC Lagos, explores the tensions between ambition, marriage, and family in contemporary Nigerian society.
