The story

After escaping an abusive marriage and losing her few remaining possessions in a devastating fire, a young woman arrives in Lagos with no one to trust and nowhere to call home. She is eventually taken in by a guarded neighbor and finds employment with a grieving architect who is battling his own internal demons. As their broken pasts collide under one roof, they both must confront their trauma and fear to see if a new life can be built from the wreckage.
