The story

When a volunteer dies under mysterious circumstances while working on a humanitarian project in Liberia, the circumstances surrounding the death begin to unravel a web of secrets no one was prepared for. Set against the backdrop of West Africa's most fragile communities, the film follows the people left behind — colleagues, friends, and strangers — as they confront what really happened and what they were each willing to sacrifice in the name of doing good.
