Dr. Bayo Adepetun, popularly known as “Dr. B,” is a Nigerian medical doctor turned award-winning sound designer, composer, and music producer. Based in Lagos, he is the visionary CEO behind Midivision Limited, MidiVision, Cue Media, and the Digital Audio Post Collective (DAPC)—creative powerhouses in Nigeria’s audio post-production industry. Over the past two decades, his companies have produced over 7,000 radio jingles and delivered musical scores for blockbuster Nollywood films like The Wedding Party 1 & 2, The Wait, and New Money A self-taught sound expert, Dr. Adepetun pioneered Nigeria’s first Dolby Atmos-enabled studio, elevating the nation’s audio production standards for platforms like Netflix and He remains passionate about mentoring youth in sound technology and engaging in medical outreach and policy advisory work
