Bolaji Amusan is a veteran Nigerian comic actor, filmmaker, director, producer, and leader in the entertainment industry. He began acting in 1988 and transitioned into comedy in 1991, earning the nickname Mr Latin after a French line in the 1992 film 50-50 was mistaken for Latin. He has produced and featured in over 40 films, mainly comedies, and is the CEO of Mr Latin TV and the Mr Latin Foundation. Since 2018, he has served as President of the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN). In 2025 he was honored with a Doctorate in Leadership and Humanity for his cultural impact.
