Chibuike Josh Alfred, professionally known as Josh2Funny, is a Nigerian comedian, actor, director, and musician born on December 18, 1990, in Anambra State. He grew up in Lagos after his family moved there when he was young and later studied Computer Science at Yaba College of Science and Technology. Josh2Funny began performing comedy in 2011, and he became widely known for his original skits on social media that blend observational humour with everyday Nigerian life. He created the viral #DontLeaveMe challenge that spread across platforms globally and contributed to his international visibility. Beyond social media, he has appeared in films and television and has taken his comedy to stages around the world, including a memorable appearance on America’s Got Talent. He is married and a father. Across his career he has built a reputation for witty wordplay, memorable characters, and creative sketches that resonate with audiences in Nigeria and beyond.
