Ebere Okaro

Biography

Ebele Okaro was born in London but raised in Enugu State, Nigeria. She discovered her passion for the arts early, eventually earning a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Calabar. Before returning to her first love of acting, she worked in both the diplomatic sector (at the Australian High Commission) and the banking industry. Since her return to Nollywood, she has become an institution, known for playing deeply maternal, powerful, and often emotionally complex roles. Beyond acting, she is a dedicated philanthropist and the CEO of Flat Feet Productions, through which she has produced advocacy films like Musical Whispers, which focuses on autism awareness.
