Diana Elizabeth Michael Kimemeta (b. April 16, 1995, Dar es Salaam) is a celebrated Tanzanian actress and filmmaker known for her on-screen charisma and creative ambition . Rising to fame at age five in Bongo dramas like Dira, she won Best Actress at ZIFF in 2013 (Woman of Principles) and produced and starred in hits like Foolish Age (2013) and Mapenzi Ya Mungu (2014), earning an AMVCA in 2016. In 2017, she was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of actor Steven Kanumba, later pardoned in 2018 and released after community service . Off-screen, Lulu launched humanitarian campaigns, serves as a brand ambassador, and is married to media mogul Francis Majizzo with two children
