He broke out playing Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network (2010), earning an Academy Award nomination, and starred in films like Zombieland (2009) and Rio (2011). Eisenberg has written plays, a book and also made his directorial debut with A Real Pain (2024). Raised in a Jewish family in New Jersey, he remains noted for his intellectual curiosity, distinct on-screen voice, and commitment to meaningful storytelling.
