Biography

Lorenzo de Moor is a Dutch-Italian actor who has rapidly become a prominent name in international cinema and television. Born in The Hague to a family of acclaimed actors, he trained at the prestigious Stella Adler Academy in New York before establishing his career in Rome. He first gained critical attention for his role as Nazeer in the 2019 Polish drama Dolce Fine Giornata and has since appeared in diverse projects, including Netflix’s Italian heist film Robbing Mussolini and the historical drama series Brigands: The Quest for Gold. The year 2025 and 2026 have marked a major breakout for him, with roles in high-profile international productions. He starred in Paul Feig’s comedy thriller Another Simple Favor and took a lead role in the romance You, Me & Tuscany alongside Halle Bailey and Regé-Jean Page. His upcoming slate includes portraying Carlo Maserati in the biopic Maserati: The Brothers and appearing in the action remake of Cliffhanger. Known for his linguistic versatility and commanding screen presence, de Moor is recognized as one of Europe’s most exciting rising stars.
