Okawa Shaznay, born in Bamenda, Cameroon, is a celebrated actress who broke ground as the first Cameroonian to make waves in Nollywood. With a degree in accounting from Texas Southern University, her passion for performance led her to the All Africa Theater Company. She gained acclaim for her lead role in Delilah: The Mysterious Case of Delilah Ambrose, earning an ELOY Award in 2016. Her other notable works include Iyore, Scars, and Refugees. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, Shaznay is known for her powerful screen presence and continues to inspire across African cinema.
