On board the last flight of Flamingo Airways from Lagos to Abuja, it is a Friday night in 2006. The plane leaves on time and everything goes well until disaster strikes. While the pilots try to regain control of the flight, flashbacks reveal the reasons why each passenger took the flight and now have to face their destiny. It is based on a true story.

Chioma travels from Nigeria to the United States to aide her sister Anya who is being charged with the murder of three men including her own husband.

The film is about a successful lawyer, Ada Igwe, who uses unconventional methods to punish sex offenders, especially those who molest children. Her drive to punish offenders is influenced by her own experience of being raped by a teacher as a child. However, her desire to punish sex offenders is also complicated by her own sexual cravings.
