Oshoveli Shipoh is a Namibian filmmaker and creative director known for his resourceful approach to storytelling. His third short film, Painted Scars, marked a significant step in his development as a writer and director. He is the founder and managing creative director of StreetLeader Creative, a production company based in Namibia.
