Ozzy Agu is a Nigerian actor, presenter and media personality known for his work on film, television and stage. He hosts the lifestyle and entertainment show 53 Extra on Africa Magic and has appeared in Nollywood productions including Walking with Shadows, The Lost Okoroshi, Banana Island Ghost and Over the Bridge. Agu studied Business Administration at Mercer University, Georgia, before serving with the United States Peace Corps in Thailand, where he worked on youth development and health programs. His interest in performance led him to train at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. After returning to Nigeria, he completed his national service while teaching drama at Royal Arts Academy in Lagos and then pursued acting and presenting. He’s also appeared on series like Tinsel, Battleground and MTV Shuga, where he brought depth to complex characters. Agu speaks multiple languages and is active in mentoring emerging talent in the industry.
