Biography
Ozzy Etomi is a Nigerian writer, feminist, and communications strategist based in Lagos. With over a decade of experience in brand communications, she has crafted content and strategies for startups, focusing on gender advocacy and women's rights. In 2016, she was recognized as one of the top 10% of writers on Medium, where she writes about gender, culture, and shared human experiences . Ozzy is also a founding member of the Feminist Coalition, a Nigerian organization that advocates for women's rights. Her work includes essays on topics such as colorism, feminism, and societal expectations, and she is currently working on her first book. In addition to her writing, Ozzy co-owns Dye Lab, a Nigerian-owned slow fashion brand.
