Pakamisa Zwedala is a South African actor widely recognized for his versatility across TV, film and theatre. After training in Theatre and Performance at University of Cape Town, he began his screen career as Detective-Sergeant Makhaya Ndlamini in the fourth season of Interrogation Room (2008). Over the years, he has portrayed a range of characters from dangerous villains like Mcethe in Isikizi and Qhoqhoqho in Gomora, to nobler roles such as King Tshawe in 1802: Love Defies Time, showing his dramatic range. Though often cast as the bad guy, Zwedala emphasizes that his real-life personality is quite different.
