Biography
Patrick Yaadar is a Ghanaian writer-director and filmmaker based in Accra. He studied Television and Film Production at the National Film and Television Institute after attending Achimota School. Patrick is currently Writer-Director at Cinecraft International, where he develops and directs films and media content. His credits include The Pastor’s Wife (2008) and The DNA Test (2010). Beyond directing, Patrick works as a content creator, author, theatre journalist, line producer, and lecturer, sharing his craft at the Accra Film School. He brings together storytelling skills across stage, screen, and education. He has more than 500 professional connections, reflecting a solid network in Ghana’s creative industry. His work often explores themes of Ghanaian life and identity, weaving emotional narrative with visual style. Known among peers for his dedication and versatility, Patrick combines practical production experience with academic grounding. His training and early education, paired with real-world directing roles, give him a unique voice in the film and theatre landscape.
