Sunday Omobolanle, popularly known as Papi Luwe or Aluwe, was born on January 10, 1954, in Ilora, Oyo State, Nigeria. A veteran of the Nigerian film industry, he has made significant contributions as an actor, director, producer, and playwright. Omobolanle is celebrated for his roles in films such as Adun Ewuro (2011), Anikulapo (2022), and Head Gone (2014). In recognition of his outstanding work, he was honored with the Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) award by former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
