Toyosi Adesanya Ileyemi is a veteran Nigerian actress, producer, writer and stage performer with decades of experience in Yoruba and Nollywood cinema. She began her career in the early 1990s, training with theatre groups including Odunfa Caucus in Lagos, and has appeared in more than 200 films such as Eni Are, Isomolo Ruko, Olofin, Ire Bami, Aimona, Igbiyanju, Ogbon Ahun and Malu. Her screen work has made her a respected figure in the industry and earned her awards, including Best Supporting Actress at the Mainland TV Fashion Show and Awards. Beyond acting, she’s worked as a producer and writer, contributing to storytelling across stage and screen. Adesanya has also spoken openly about her personal journey, including her long marriage and challenges she faced outside her professional life.
