Xochitl Gomez is a vibrant American actress whose rapid rise in Hollywood is marked by a blend of blockbuster superheroism and charismatic performance art. A Los Angeles native with Mexican-American roots, she began her journey in musical theater at the age of five, performing in over twenty productions before she even hit her teens. While she first caught the public's eye as the socially conscious Dawn Schafer in Netflix’s The Baby-Sitters Club, her true global breakthrough came when she was cast as America Chavez in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022). Entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe at just 14 years old, she brought a much-needed sense of youthful grit and authentic representation to the franchise. To be honest, Xochitl has a knack for conquering whatever medium she touches. In 2023, she charmed audiences on the dance floor, winning Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars with partner Val Chmerkovskiy.
