Yoanna “Pepper” Chikezie is a UK-born Nigerian creative economy consultant, fashion business expert, and founder of The Assembly, a vibrant platform uniting creativity and entrepreneurship in Africa’s fashion industry. Equipped with a BA in Culture, Society and Communications from the University of Birmingham and an MA in Strategic Fashion Marketing from the London College of Fashion, Pepper launched her career as a stylist, fashion editor, and later became Head of Channel at SPICE TV Through The Assembly, she has supported over 2,000 creatives, partnering with institutions like the British Council, Facebook, and Dalberg to deliver capacity-building and mentorship programs (turn0search8 , turn0search9 ).
