Zulu Adigwe, born on May 15, 1950, in Enugu, Nigeria, was a distinguished Nollywood actor and musician. Initially pursuing Medicine in Austria, he shifted to Theatre Arts at the University of Ibadan after his father's passing. Adigwe gained prominence in 1987 as Mr. B in Ken Saro-Wiwa’s sitcom Basi and Company, a role he portrayed for seven years. His versatility shone in films like Issakaba, Blood Diamonds, and Living in Bondage: Breaking Free. Beyond acting, he was celebrated for his rich baritone voice and musical contributions. Adigwe passed away on April 23, 2024, leaving a lasting legacy in Nigerian entertainment.
