On May 2nd, 2026, the prestigious Lagos Oriental Hotel will play host to an unforgettable night where one man will walk away with the title, following in the footsteps of many who have gone on to become icons in the world of fashion and business.
This year’s lineup is particularly special, featuring 24 finalists and three wild cards from across the country. These aren't just models; they are entrepreneurs, engineers, fitness experts, and creative visionaries. Each contestant represents the unique flavor of their home state, bringing a mix of traditional pride and modern ambition to the stage. They have been selected not just for their looks, but for their ability to lead and inspire the next generation of Nigerian youth.
From the tech-savvy minds of the South to the disciplined athletes of the North, the diversity in this year's pool is a testament to the talent brewing within Nigeria. As they prepare to showcase their charisma, talent, and intellect, we invite you to get to know the men who are vying for the chance to represent Nigeria on the global stage.
1. PAUL - ABIA STATE
Ugochukwu Paul Adimike, popularly known as King Paul, is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, where he studied Geography and Environmental Management. Representing Abia State, he is the CEO of PaulFitness, a Lagos-based fitness and wellness brand dedicated to transforming lives through personal training, tailored nutrition plans, and premium wellness solutions.
2. DAVID - ABUJA
Ogbodo David Chinemerem, winner of Mr Ideal Abuja, earned his place to compete on the national stage at Mr Ideal Nigeria. He is passionate about personal growth, creativity, and making a positive impact within his community.
With interests in basketball, art, modeling, and content creation, David uses his talents and platform to inspire confidence, leadership, and positive change among young people. His dedication to excellence and self-improvement continues to shape his journey in both pageantry and creative expression.
3. JOSEPH - ENUGU STATE
Ilodiuba Joseph is a model and student representing Bayelsa. He is a versatile commercial model and actor known for bringing an authentic and approachable energy to the screen. Based in Lagos, he has built a reputation as a “one-take” professional, seamlessly bridging the gap between high-impact lifestyle modeling and character-driven storytelling.
With a background in science, Joseph has appeared in campaigns for GTCO Magazine and featured in YouTube productions, including the movie Love Story. His ability to adapt to diverse creative visions—from corporate professionalism to rugged athleticism—makes him a sought-after talent for brands looking to tell relatable and engaging stories.
Outside the studio, Joseph is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, a passion that reflects in his disciplined lifestyle and creative approach to every project.
4. OFIA - EBONYI STATE
Ovie Ofiakpone, representing Ebonyi, is a Nigerian blogger, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker from Ethiope West, Delta State. A Computer Science graduate of the Federal University of Technology Owerri, he is the CEO of Amebo9ja Media and the pioneer of True Talk with Itootok (#TTWI), a weekly motivational series.
5. DR. WILLS - EKITI STATE
Williams Olumide Ajayi, representing Ekiti, is an agriculture and creative entrepreneur passionate about using innovation, storytelling, and business to drive sustainable impact. With a focus on agriculture, youth empowerment, and digital media, he represents a new generation of leaders committed to growth, purpose, and excellence.
6. SAMUEL - KADUNA STATE
Richoffor Samuel is a Nigerian model, entrepreneur With a background in fitness and commercial modeling, he represents a new generation of young African men who value self-mastery, ambition, and meaningful impact.
Beyond the runway and the camera, Samuel is an entrepreneur focused on building sustainable brands. He uses media, fashion, and storytelling as powerful tools for influence and expression. His vision goes far beyond titles and appearances, he is dedicated to personal growth, business development, and representing Nigeria on global platforms with excellence and intention.
Driven, articulate, and future-focused, Richoffor Samuel embodies the ideal of a man who is not only seen, but respected.
7. CEBO - KOGI STATE
Akpokonyan Eromosele, representing Kogi State, is a computer scientist, actor, and content creator popularly known as Comicebo. A graduate of Computer Science from the National Open University of Nigeria, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. Alongside his academic background, he has been actively pursuing a career in entertainment, working to establish himself as a notable figure in acting and digital content creation.
Beyond entertainment, he is passionate about advocacy and social impact. Eromosele is a strong advocate for children living with albinism and is involved in initiatives that support awareness and inclusion through NGO efforts.

9. KENNETH - PLATEAU STATE
Amu Kenneth, representing Plateau State, is a fashion designer, model, and creative entrepreneur . Kenneth is a fashion graduate of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) and currently works as a fashion designer and part-time model. Over the past few years, he has actively built his presence in the fashion and entertainment industry, showcasing several of his collections at notable fashion events across Nigeria, including Alimosho Fashion Week and YABATECH Fashion Show, among others.
When he is not working, Kenneth enjoys listening to music and illustrating, activities that further inspire his creative process and design ideas.
10. OBONG - TARABA STATE
Emmanuel Obong, representing Taraba State, is a marine engineer and entrepreneur known for his confidence, discipline, and purpose-driven mindset. As a marine engineer by profession, he combines technical expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit, running a growing gadgets business that reflects his passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Emmanuel’s journey in pageantry began within his church community, where he emerged as the Second Runner-Up in Mr & Mrs CYON and later progressed to the provincial level, winning the Mr YOMM title. These experiences helped shape his confidence, discipline, and leadership values.
11. EMERY - ANAMBRA STATE
Emery Ogolo, representing Anambra, is a Public Administration graduate and founder of @Style24men 🇳🇬. A model and entrepreneur, he blends bold fashion with strategic insight, driving Nigerian style forward while promoting African creativity, innovation, and community impact.
12. BOBBY - BAYELSA STATE
Ezeawujo Nkem, representing Bayelsa, is a fitness enthusiast, personal development advocate, and emerging social entrepreneur. Passionate about youth empowerment and community impact, he inspires young people to embrace discipline, self-mastery, and purpose-driven living through fitness, mindset growth, and leadership.
13. NSIKAK - BAUCHI STATE
Nsikak is a fitness and runway model passionate about sports and children, with a vision to one day establish a foundation for special-needs children.
14. JERSEY - BENUE STATE
Ior Jesse Ngutor (JERSY), representing Benue, is a creative and student of JOS Technical University, studying Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering. A music producer, artist, and mobile videographer, he combines creativity with discipline
15. BORIS - CROSS RIVER STATE
Daniel Edem, representing Cross River, is known for his athletic build, confidence, and disciplined lifestyle. Passionate about fitness, skateboarding, and self-development, he brings versatility, presence, and authenticity to fashion and lifestyle modeling.
16. RAYMOND - DELTA STATE
Raymond Ernesto is a Nigerian actor, film producer, and creative entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Clover Pictures Ltd, where he develops bold, socially relevant stories that amplify African voices. He is fueled by a passion for growth, service, impact, and positive representation.
17. VICTOR - EDO STATE
Victor Eko, representing Edo, is a visionary visual artist and fitness instructor who explores the human body as both subject and symbol. His art delves into the dynamic relationship between individuals and society, highlighting the social and economic forces that shape human experience across cultures. In fitness, Victor emphasizes disciplined, intentional, and informed physical development, merging creativity and wellness to inspire both mind and body.
18. MOHZEEZ - LAGOS STATE
Moh Zeez, representing Lagos, is a multi-talented hair stylist, fitness coach, and model. Passionate about commercial modeling, he combines style, creativity, and fitness expertise to inspire others. With versatility and charm, Moh Zeez is emerging as a standout talent in the Nigerian modeling scene.
19. MOBOLAJI - KWARA STATE
Mobolaji, representing Kwara, is a photographer, model, fashion stylist, and personal growth coach, blending creativity and inspiration to make a meaningful impact.
20. SUMMER - OYO STATE
Summer, formally Shuaib Oluwatoyosi Shuaib, is a rising model, event host, and public speaker. He is a student at University of Ibadan, studying Agricultural Extension and Rural Development.
Balancing academics and professional engagements, Shuaib has worked with top musicians including Young John, Fola, and Teni, and hosted events for numerous organizations. He was awarded Best Rookie Speaker at JAW WAR 2024, Sub-Saharan Africa’s largest public speaking event.
21. FIFUNMI - OSUN STATE
Oluwafifunmi Ifunmi Fasugba is a chef, actor, model, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering student at the University of Ibadan. He is the founder of Sprizhut Cook House, serving tasty, homelike meals to university students.
As an actor with Infinity Drama Group (NFCS) and a model for notable brands, Fifunmi combines creativity, discipline, and people skills. A devoted Christian, he strives to spread love and kindness while enjoying sports and music in his free time.
22. JOZZI - OGUN STATE
Okon Simon-Okon Joseph, representing Ogun, is a creative professional, model, actor, and music artist. Passionate about youth empowerment, he uses his platform to inspire confidence, discipline, and purpose.
23. DANIEL - RIVERS STATE
Daniel, representing Rivers, is a fitness enthusiast, model, and trainer, driven by passion and dedication to health, performance, and self-improvement.
24. JAE - YOBE STATE
David Justice is a Nigerian actor and model committed to excellence, growth, and positive representation. He believes true confidence comes from discipline, honesty, and purpose, embodying the values of a principled, intentional, and impact-driven Nigerian man.
25. GOSPEL - ZAMFARA STATE
Gospel John-Shedrack, representing Zamfara, is a law graduate from Igbinedion University Okada, model, and co-founder of Chronicle Black, a social enterprise that hosts events and podcasts to support the less privileged. Passionate about writing, drawing, acting, and modeling, he aspires to become an internationally recognized actor while using his creativity to make a positive impact.
26. HENRY - NIGER STATE
Henry representing Niger is a hair stylist and model. He hopes to use the Mr. Ideal Nigeria to break into commercial modeling.
27. PROSPER - KANO STATE
Proper is a fitness model and recent graduate of the university of Nigeria , Nsukka who wants to use the Mr. Ideal Nigeria platform to enter the acting industry.
As the countdown to the grand finale begins, the tension and excitement are at an all-time high. These 24 finalists and three wild cards have spent weeks preparing, refining their walk, and sharpening their communication skills for that one moment under the spotlight. It is more than just a competition; it’s a brotherhood where these young men learn the value of discipline, networking, and social impact. Whether they leave with the crown or not, the experience they gain here will undoubtedly shape their careers for years to come.
