Synopsis

A journey of love, emotion and drama between the privileged and the disadvantaged. A naïve and innocent teenager from the countryside leaves behind her family and studies and leaves or the big city, to work as a maid in the home of a rich and complex family: the Sitoe. The young woman ends up falling in love with the youngest member of the house and discovers her potential, even in the face of many (and sometimes caricatos) challenges. Maida is a classic story, which combines the fairy tale novel with the relevant social issue that constitutes the girl's education in Mozambique – because dreams are won, one episode at a time.
