Allison Precious Emmanuel is a young Nigerian filmmaker, actor, writer and director from Bonny Island. At just 23, he gained major attention for his debut feature film, The Boy Who Gave, for which he wrote, directed, produced and starred, showing a deep commitment to telling authentic African stories. His earlier works include award‑winning short films such as Daddy Lessons — a project that earned him a national film challenge award — and he continues to build a reputation for bold, emotionally rich storytelling rooted in local experiences. With nominations recently for Best Actor, Best Director, and Best Feature Film at a major African film festival, Allison is already being viewed as one of the continent’s most promising new voices. He represents a new generation of filmmakers using creativity and grit to reshape Nollywood’s narrative landscape.
