Amanda Oruh is a Nigerian actress, producer, and host with a growing presence in film and television. Born and raised in Lagos, she developed a passion for performance early in life and studied microbiology at Abia State University before fully pursuing a career in entertainment. Oruh has appeared in a range of projects across stage, screen, and series formats, including roles in Rattlesnake, King of Boys: The Return of the King, and The Recipe. She broadened her craft with formal training at the EbonyLife Creative Academy and other acting programs, sharpening her skills for both screen and stage work. In 2019 she earned an AFRIFF scholarship to direct a short film in France, reflecting her interest in storytelling behind the camera as well as in front of it. Her work often explores socially relevant themes and she continues to build a diverse portfolio in Nollywood and beyond.
