Biography

Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi (born February 6, 2001 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a rising actor of Samoan and Tongan heritage. He made his screen debut in 2019’s Jonah and earned early acclaim for his lead role as Will ’Ilolahia in the series The Panthers (2021), which secured him a spot in the Toronto International Film Festival Rising Stars programme. New Zealand Film Commission Schuster-Koloamatangi stands 7 ft 3″ tall and brings a commanding presence to the screen. He went on to star as Veni in the feature film Red, White & Brass (2023) and is set to appear as “Dek” in the big-screen sequel Predator: Badlands (2025). With his unique background and rapid-rising career, he is one of New Zealand’s most promising young talents.
