Biography
Faithia Williams Balogun is a renowned Nigerian actress, filmmaker, producer, and director. She hails from Delta State and was raised in a polygamous family of nine. Faithia began her acting career unexpectedly when asked to stand in for an absent actress in a film. She has since starred in, produced, and directed numerous Nollywood films, earning accolades such as the Africa Movie Academy Award for Most Outstanding Indigenous Actress in 2008 and the AMVCA Best Local Language Yoruba award in 2015. Faithia is also a successful entrepreneur, heading businesses like House of Faiteer and Unusual F Kitchen.
