Ike Nnaebue is a Nigerian filmmaker, screenwriter, and producer known for his compelling storytelling and commitment to social issues. Born in Ojoto, Anambra State, he began his career after an unsuccessful attempt to migrate to Europe, which later inspired his acclaimed documentary No U-Turn. No U-Turn received a Special Mention at Berlinale 2022 and won Best Documentary at the Africa Movie Academy Awards. Nnaebue's filmography includes False (2013), which earned multiple nominations, and Sink or Swim (2017), awarded Best Narrative Feature at the Newark International Film Festival. Beyond filmmaking, he founded LP House of Creatives and Passion8 Communications, focusing on nurturing African creative talent.
