She currently serves as the Associate Director of SEO at Blavity Inc., where she leads research-driven content initiatives to expand brand reach. Previously, she directed growth strategies for major digital publishers like Bustle Digital Group, overseeing brands such as Bustle, Elite Daily, and Nylon. Beyond her corporate achievements, Lilian is deeply passionate about storytelling. She has contributed to platforms like BellaNaija, Travel Noire, and Home & Texture, and founded Girlily.com, a lifestyle platform highlighting stories of women of African descent. Her creative pursuits include writing and directing the short film Framed (2017), which addresses the impact of sexual abuse on college campuses. She also worked as a screenwriter and director's assistant in Nollywood, contributing to projects like Dr. Mekam (2018).
