Jahmal Holland is an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and director known for blending drama, documentary, and music into powerful stories. A graduate with an MFA from the University of Southern California, he has built a reputation as a creative voice who crafts narratives that connect with audiences on both emotional and visual levels. His journey into filmmaking began without access to cameras or film sets, but with a deep love for movies and music that fueled his passion to create. He first gained recognition as the founder of a performing arts collective called LIQUID, where he developed and performed an original stage production titled The Anthem of Our Souls in 2016. Holland describes his work as a reflection of creativity, music, and storytelling, often bringing fresh perspectives to his projects. Colleagues see him as a filmmaker who embraces both the artistic and technical sides of the craft, always open to growth and collaboration.
