Biography

Joanna Pinto is an American actress, writer and producer, educated in theatre with a BA from Catholic University of America. She trained further in classical acting at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and completed advanced studio training at HB Studio’s Hagen Core program. She made her Off-Broadway debut in “Spike Heels” and has built a career featuring roles in crime-drama television — including multiple appearances on Investigation Discovery and a guest stint on FBI for CBS. Alongside acting, she co-wrote and executive-produced the series Such Is Life, which explores themes of adoption and identity
