Josh Berger is one of the most influential executives in the global entertainment industry. Though born in Los Angeles to a showbiz family (his father managed The Temptations and his godfather is Berry Gordy), he spent over three decades as a key leader at Warner Bros. in the UK. He served as the President & Managing Director of Warner Bros. UK, Ireland, and Spain and, perhaps most notably, as the President of Harry Potter Global Franchise Development. In this role, he oversaw the expansion of the Wizarding World, including the Fantastic Beasts films, the stage play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and the studio tours. After stepping down from Warner Bros. in 2020 after 31 years, he founded Battersea Entertainment. He continues to produce high-profile content, including recent collaborations with director Guy Ritchie. He serves as the Chair of trustees for The BRIT School.
