Biography

Kamohelo Pule, widely known by his handle Kamo WW, is a multi-talented South African entertainer who represents the new wave of digital-first stars. Born in Pretoria and raised in Brits and Ekurhuleni, he initially gained fame through his bold, fashion-forward content on Instagram and TikTok, becoming a viral sensation. He broke into mainstream entertainment as one of the stars of the LGBTQIA+ reality show Birth of Stars, which followed the lives of young queer creatives. He has since expanded his repertoire into music, becoming known as the first openly queer Amapiano hitmaker with singles like "Abafana" and his debut EP Pose. In 2025, he made a major transition to scripted television, landing a role in the Netflix series Bad Influencer, starring alongside industry veterans Cindy Mahlangu and Jo-Anne Reyneke
