Kevin Luther Apaa is a Nigerian-American filmmaker, director, and producer based in Los Angeles. With a BA in Film Arts from the University of Jos and training from the New York Film Academy, he has made significant contributions to the film industry. His notable works include the romantic comedy Dinner at My Place (2022), which garnered over ₦54 million at the Nigerian box office and was later acquired by Netflix. Apaa's dedication to storytelling is evident in his transition from a short film to a feature, showcasing his commitment to the craft. In addition to filmmaking, he has a background in cybersecurity, having worked with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Apaa is also the founder of Duku Studios, a production company focused on creating compelling narratives.
