Biography

James Timini Egbuson (born June 10, 1987) is a Nigerian actor, producer, and digital content creator. He gained prominence for his role as Tobi in MTV's Shuga and has since starred in numerous Nollywood films, including Elevator Baby, Breaded Life, and A Tribe Called Judah. Egbuson earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos in 2011 and began his acting career with the soap opera Tinsel in 2010. He is the younger brother of actress Dakore Akande. In 2020, he won the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Award for Best Actor in a Drama. Beyond acting, he engages in brand endorsements and runs his clothing line, Timeless.
