Michael Chimex Onwunali, also known as Maazi Chimex, is a Nigerian filmmaker, writer, producer, and actor with over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry. Born in Aba, Abia State, he graduated from the National Film Institute in Jos, Nigeria, earning a Diploma in Filmmaking and a Bachelor of Film Arts degree. As the Lead Filmmaker at Tehilla Films, based in Lagos, he has directed and produced notable works such as A Bag of Trouble (2023), The Changer (2015), and The Royal Hibiscus Hotel (2017). His storytelling passion is evident in his diverse filmography.
