Biography
Nicholas John Robinson is an American actor born in Seattle, Washington. He made his professional debut at age eleven in a stage production of A Christmas Carol, before landing his first major TV role as Ryder Scanlon on ABC Family's Melissa & Joey (2010–2015). He broke into films with The Kings of Summer (2013) and went on to star in blockbusters like Jurassic World (2015), The 5th Wave (2016), Everything, Everything (2017), and the landmark gay teen romance Love, Simon (2018), which earned him a spot on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list. He has also starred in the FX miniseries A Teacher (2020) and Netflix's Maid (2021). In Charlie Harper (2026), Robinson plays the titular Charlie — a brilliant but aimless young man navigating love and purpose alongside Harper.
