Biography

Oyindamola Sanni is a Nigerian actress, model and film-producer who originally studied Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Lagos. She comes from a family of five and is the youngest of three children. Her entry into the film industry was grounded in a love of storytelling and working with scripts that challenge her. She has appeared in and produced titles such as A Naija Christmas, Àrìnfèsèsí: A Day of Misfortune, and the acclaimed series Anikulapo – Rise of the Spectre. Oyindamola places acting at the centre of her work, while modelling and producing follow more selectively. Balancing multi-facets of her career, she emphasises quality over language in roles — whether in English or Yoruba productions — and seeks scripts that resonate rather than just pay. Outside of her craft, she enjoys rest, salsa dancing, and church. For her, fame is less a goal than a platform: she sees it as a responsibility to influence society positively and embraces constructive criticism while letting unfounded perceptions slide.
