Shamz Garuba is a Nigerian actor, model, and creative director known for his rising presence in Nollywood and international film. Born on July 12, 1996, he began his career in 2016 as a fashion model while studying Civil Engineering at the University of Ilorin, quickly gaining recognition through runway shows and commercial campaigns. After briefly working in the corporate space, he transitioned into acting in 2022, making his debut in the Showmax series Crime and Justice Lagos. Since then, he has appeared in projects such as Dear Diane, A Night in 2005, Red Circle, The Smart Money Woman, and A Lagos Love Story, showcasing his range across film and television. Garuba has also been cast in the international adaptation of Children of Blood and Bone, marking a significant step onto the global stage. With a background in modeling and storytelling, he continues to grow as a versatile creative within the industry.
