She earned a First Class degree in Broadcasting, Journalism, and Media Communications from the University of Wales. Simi began her career in 2011 at Calon FM in Wales and later interned at HiTV in Lagos. She moved to Nigeria in 2013, joining Cool TV and later Spice TV, hosting shows like Bargain Hunters.
