Taiwo Egunjobi is a Nigerian filmmaker, screenwriter, and director renowned for his distinctive storytelling and satirical approach to Nigerian society. Raised in Ibadan, he developed an early passion for film, making his first movie at 18. His notable works include In Ibadan, All Na Vibes, Crushed Roses, A Green Fever, and The Fire and the Moth. Egunjobi's films often explore themes of longing, politics, and the human condition, frequently set against the backdrop of Ibadan's unique landscape. He is also the founder of FilmKaku, a platform dedicated to African filmmaking.
