Tolu Awobiyi, professionally known as Tolu Lordtanner, is a Nigerian filmmaker and CEO of LordTanner Studios, a production company he founded in 2013. After transitioning from a career in banking and media, he has directed and produced several notable Nollywood films, including Couple of Days (2016), Ajuwaya (2017), Hide 'N' Seek (2021), The Wait (2021), A Young Time Ago (2023), Love in a Showroom (2023), and The Artifact (2024). Lordtanner's storytelling often explores human relationships and societal themes, blending emotional depth with cultural relevance. His film Couple of Days set a box office record in Nigeria for the highest ticket sales in a single day upon its release.
