After seven long years away from the big screen, EbonyLife is finally making a grand return to theatrical cinema. While the media giant has kept busy building streaming hits, luxury hospitality spaces, and entertainment hubs, they have finally found the perfect story to bring audiences back to the movie theaters.
EbonyLife, in partnership with some of the biggest names in the industry, has officially finished filming The Secret Lives of Baba Segi’s Wives. This highly anticipated film is the official movie adaptation of the incredibly popular novel written by the famous Nigerian author, Lola Shoneyin.

Daniel Emeke Oriahi serves as the director, bringing the story to life from a screenplay written by Adze Ugah, Heidi Uys, and Lola Shoneyin herself. The film is produced by a strong team including Chris Odeh, Heidi Uys, Lola Shoneyin, and Mimi Bartels, with executive producers Mosunmola "Mo" Abudu, Guy Murray Bruce, Moses Babatope, and Nnaeto Orazulike steering the entire project.
