Bien-Aimé Baraza, born December 28, 1987, in Nairobi, is a Kenyan Afropop artist and co-founder of the award-winning band Sauti Sol. After the band's 2023 farewell, he launched a solo career with the EP Bald Men Love Better and the album Alusa Why Are You Topless, featuring artists like Ayra Starr and Fally Ipupa. Bien is also a Grammy-winning songwriter for Burna Boy's Twice As Tall and co-founder of Sol Generation Records. Beyond music, he advocates for artists' rights, supports LGBTQ+ equality, and co-founded Hustle Sasa and Sol Kids. He is married to choreographer Chiki Kuruka.
