Biography
Dare Fasasi, known professionally as Baba Dee, is a Nigerian filmmaker, actor, and dancehall artist. He holds both B.A. and M.A. degrees in Theatre Arts, specializing in directing for stage and fiction film. As a pioneer in Nigeria's music video scene, he helped shape the visual identity of modern Afrobeat. Over his career, he has released five albums and earned multiple awards. He co-founded Naija Ninja Entertainment with his late brother, Sound Sultan. Fasasi made his feature film debut with the comedy Head Gone (2014), which he wrote, directed, and produced. His work blends satire, music, and social commentary, reflecting his diverse creative background.
