Biography
Lydia Forson is an acclaimed actress, writer, and producer. She began her education in Kentucky, USA, before returning to Ghana to complete her studies, earning a bachelor's degree in English Language and Information Studies from the University of Ghana. Forson's acting career commenced with roles in "Hotel St. James" (2005) and "Run Baby Run" (2006). Her breakthrough came with the lead role in "Scorned" (2008), leading to her 2010 African Movie Academy Award for Best Actress. Known for her advocacy on women's rights and social issues, she continues to impact African cinema and society
