Mahamadi Nana is a Burkinabè actor, director and storyteller born on December 31, 1972. He trained in the performing arts in the late 1990s and has become a respected figure in theatre and film in Burkina Faso and beyond. Over his career he has taken part in numerous stage productions and movies, bringing versatility and depth to his roles. Nana is known for appearing in films like Bayiri, la patrie, Les yeux ouverts and Cœur de lion. More recently he played the lead in Katanga, la danse des scorpions, a significant work that contributed to his profile in West African cinema.
