Biography
Shalewa Ashafa, popularly known as ShallyStar, is a Nigerian actress, script- and copywriter, and TV personality. She was born on July 12, 1995, in Lagos, though she hails from Ogun State. She is the youngest of five children and attended Christ the Cornerstone Nursery and Primary School in Ikeja, and later Iloko Model College in Osun State before earning a degree in Advertising from the University of Lagos. Her passion for acting began around age 7, inspired by a relative who directed stage plays; she later participated in church and school drama clubs. She gained prominence for her role as Elakeche in the film Ajoche, and made her big-screen debut in The Razz Guy. Known for her dedication and versatile talent, she continues to build a rising career in Nollywood.
